Clinical Supervision

for LSW and LAC in NJ and PA

Clinical supervision is a place to get curious about yourself, your clients, and the profession.

Your clinical supervision should be a place where you feel comfortable expressing doubts, asking questions, exploring your own biases, and identifying the unique strengths that make you a successful therapist.

My style

I’ve been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2005 and love helping unlicensed professionals navigate the challenges and joys of clinical work.

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and practical. I believe in the power of laughter, but I also enjoy delving into the deeper meanings often at play in our work as mental health professionals.

In supervision, we’ll explore a range of topics essential for your professional growth, including guidance on the DSM, legal and ethical considerations, developing your professional identity, examining transference and countertransference, addressing cross-cultural factors, reviewing various theoretical orientations, and elevating your clinical practice to the next level.
