Glimpse into the Therapy Process

Not only will we talk about your concerns, but I will also teach you coping skills practiced in session and between sessions to manage stress, mental health issues, and overall life difficulties. ​I can assist you in identifying triggers, developing powerful tools to cope with the challenges of living, and harnessing your inner resources, all while holding space for you so that you can experience meaning, joy, and a sense of stability in your life. â€‹

During our sessions, I use a therapeutic approach I tailor to fit your individual needs. Examples of treatment modalities are:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), 

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) 

  • Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT)

  • Meta-Cognitive Therapy (MCT) 

  • Grief Counseling 

Together, through a strength-based approach, we'll focus on how you can access your strengths through all aspects of your life.
