Not only will we explore your concerns together, but I’ll also teach coping skills that you can use both during sessions and in your everyday life. These tools will help you manage stress, navigate mental health challenges, and face life’s difficulties with greater resilience.

We'll work together to identify triggers, strengthen your coping strategies, and uncover the inner resources that already exist within you, all while creating space for you to find meaning, joy, and stability in your life.​​

My therapeutic approach is tailored to your individual needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Meta-Cognitive Therapy (MCT) to shift thought patterns

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for values-based living

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and I-CBT for anxiety and obsessive-compulsive symptoms

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma recovery

  • Grief Counseling for navigating loss and change
