Glimpse into the Therapy Process

Not only will we talk about your concerns, but I will also teach you coping skills practiced in session and between sessions to manage stress, mental health issues, and overall life difficulties. ​I can assist you in identifying triggers, developing powerful tools to cope with the challenges of living, and harnessing your inner resources, all while holding space for you so that you can experience meaning, joy, and a sense of stability in your life.

During our sessions, I use an Integrative therapy approach-which means I tailor my treatment to use a variety of therapeutic modalities to support you best including:​

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), 

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),

  • Mindfulness Based Therapy

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) 

  • Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT)

  • Grief Counseling

  • Solution-focused therapy

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) 

Together, through a strength-based approach, we'll focus on how you can access your strengths through all aspects of your life.
